FBI Offers $1,000 Reward on Anniversary of Counselor, New Mexico Killing

The FBI is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of a Counselor, New Mexico man a year ago.

Wilson Joe Chiquito was killed sometime between the evening hours of February 14, 2014, and noon on February 15, 2014, at his residence on the Navajo Indian Reservation.

The cause of death was blunt force trauma to his head. He was 75 at the time of his death.

The FBI, Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety and New Mexico State Police responded to the scene.
