Susana Ceballos, 35, of Roswell, who was wanted in connection with a multi-agency drug investigation, was arrested in Roswell yesterday.

Javier A. Madrid, 27, of Roswell, has been added as a fugitive in connection with this operation. (Updated fugitive poster is below).

Mr. Madrid is 5’7”, weighs approximately 168 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair. His race is white.

This investigation is led by the FBI, DEA, Chaves County Metro Narcotics Task Force, Roswell Police Department, Chaves County Sheriff’s Office, and New Mexico State Police.

Anyone with information about Mr. Madrid’s whereabouts is asked to notify the FBI at 505-889-1300. Tips also can be submitted online at https://tips.fbi.gov.

Ms. Ceballos was arrested by the FBI. More information about her case should be available soon in the PACER electronic public access service or from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The public is reminded all defendants are considered innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
