Search on for Man After Shooting at Fruitland Housing Complex

The FBI and Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety are looking for a man in connection with a shooting at a housing complex in Fruitland, New Mexico, this morning (October 10, 2013).

Patrick Lynn Benally, 25, of Shiprock, is considered a suspect.

Benally may be in a dark crew-cab pickup truck. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

A woman at the housing complex was shot in the face at approximately 4 a.m. She has been taken to an undisclosed hospital.

Benally is described as 5’5” tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
