FBI Seeks Matthew Duke Maley on Federal Drug Charges

The FBI is asking for the public’s help in locating Matthew Duke Maley, 46, of Tucson, Arizona, who is wanted on federal drug charges and has ties to New Mexico, California, Colorado, Texas, and Nevada, in addition to Arizona.

Maley is a white male, 6’1” tall, approximately 180-190 pounds, bald, with hazel eyes. He has several tattoos on his arms, including skulls, a cross, and lightning bolts.

He may be driving an olive green Land Rover, Discovery Model, New Mexico license MSG-233. The photo below of Maley and his vehicle was taken in August 2013.

A federal arrest warrant issued on November 13, 2013, charges Maley with distribution of methamphetamine and aiding and abetting.

He is considered armed and dangerous.

Law enforcement attempted to serve the arrest warrant at Maley’s residence in Tucson on Sunday, November 17, 2013, but he was not there.

Maley ties include Las Cruces and Albuquerque, New Mexico; Denver, Colorado; Tucson, Arizona; Salinas, California; and El Paso, Texas.
