Daniel Ryan Schoppe Wanted for Albuquerque Bank Robbery

The FBI announced Wednesday that Daniel Ryan Schoppe, 23, is wanted for the Aug. 17 robbery of Wells Fargo bank, 3401 Coors Blvd. NW, Albuquerque.

Schoppe, of Albuquerque, should be considered armed and dangerous.

He is described as a white male, approximately 6’1” tall, with a thin to medium build, light brown hair, and several tattoos on his chest and both arms.

Anyone with information on Schoppe’s whereabouts is asked to call the Albuquerque FBI at (505) 889-1300 (24 hours).

The FBI may pay a reward of $1,000 for information leading to Schoppe’s arrest and conviction.

Anonymous tips can be phoned in to Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers at 843-STOP.

Witnesses say the suspect walked into the bank and handed a teller a threatening note demanding money.

The suspect left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
