FBI Statement on Federal Hate Crime Indictments

I join U.S. Attorney Ken Gonzales in commending the San Juan County District Attorney’s Office and the Farmington Police Department for their work leading to these indictments. 

I would also commend U.S. Attorney Gonzales and his office for their excellent work on this matter and, likewise, I am exceedingly proud of the FBI special agents involved in this investigation. 

The Albuquerque Division of the FBI will continue to aggressively investigate hate crimes and other alleged violations of civil rights anywhere in New Mexico.
