Jacksonville – Jennifer Silvey-Cason
2019 Director’s Community Leadership Award Recipient
FBI Jacksonville honors Jennifer Silvey-Cason, an emergency preparedness coordinator for clinics and hospitals in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. After the Pulse Nightclub shooting in 2016, Jacksonville city officials asked Ms. Silvey-Cason to help develop a non-weather-based emergency plan. She successfully developed a plan that brought together all entities that have a role in emergency preparedness.
