On January 26, 2013, FBI Community Outreach Specialist Natosha Warner (above, center) served as a panelist during the Youth Conference for Change, held at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. Chester, like many U.S. cities, suffers from gun violence and other violent criminal activity. The youth conference was coordinated by Eugene Schneeburg, director of the Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Mr. Schneeburg coordinates White House and DOJ efforts to partner with faith-based and other nonprofit organizations nationwide. Also attending the conference and answering questions were the Chester mayor, chief of police, and district attorney.
