On June 9, 2014, employees of the FBI’s Chicago Division came together to show their support for 6-year-old Sammy Nahorny, the first patient at Comer Children’s Hospital to undergo high-dose radiation therapy for neuroblastoma, one of the deadliest pediatric cancers. Sammy helped agents solve a mock bank robbery case and lead the SWAT team in making an arrest. At the end of the exercise, Sammy received an award from Special Agent in Charge Robert Holly for a job well done (above).
