Mr. Schiff: Hi. This is Wanted by the FBI, from the FBI. Three new members of the FBI’s Top Ten. With the names is Special Agent Brad Bryant, Chief of the FBI’s Violent Crimes and Major Offenders Unit.

Mr. Bryant: “Joe Luis Saenz. He’s wanted for four murders and one rape.”

Mr. Schiff: Bryant says another dangerous fugitive on the run and on the Top Ten list is Eduardo Ravelo, a leader in the Barrio Azteca criminal enterprise in Mexico.

Mr. Bryant: “Ravelo is wanted for involvement in racketeering activities; conspiracy to launder money; and conspiracy to possess heroin, cocaine, and marijuana with the intent to distribute.”

Mr. Schiff: The third fugitive is Semion Mogilevich and Bryant says he’s wanted for allegedly being involved in a multi-million dollar stock scheme to defraud thousands of investors.”

Mr. Bryant: “Investors lost in excess of $150 million.”

Mr. Schiff: The FBI’s Internet page at fbi.gov has wanted flyers for these three and the rest of the FBI’s Top Ten list. I’m Neal Schiff of the Bureau’s Office of Public Affairs.
