Mr. Schiff: Hi. This is “Wanted by the FBI” from the FBI. A woman from Winters, California is missing. Her name is Leticia Barrales Ramos.

Mr. Hopkins: “She just got home from a party with her sister-in-law, and she was wearing black pants and a dark shirt.”

Mr. Schiff: That’s FBI Special Agent Chris Hopkins. He’s working with the Winters Police Department and the Yolo County DA’s office and says that the woman’s husband said she had a late-night phone call and then left for Mexico.

Mr. Hopkins: “The investigation has revealed so far that we believe = some sort of violent crime occurred her apartment the night of April 12.”

Mr. Schiff: Leticia Barrales Ramos is a 28, Hispanic, 5’4”, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Mr. Hopkins: “Ms. Ramos is a dedicated mother. She was a very hard worker. She had, actually, three jobs.”

Mr. Schiff: You may be able to help find out what happened. The missing person flyer is on the FBI’s website at FBI.gov. That’s “Wanted by the FBI” for this week. I’m Neal Schiff of the Bureau’s Office of Public Affairs.
