Remarks:

 The victim had decayed teeth, possible chronic back problems, and healed fractures to a rib and her upper right arm. An outline tattoo of a rose with a stem was noted on her left breast. Two rings were found at the scene; one ring is described as a gold wedding band and the other is silver with blue painted enamel background with flowers and leaves.

DETAILS

On October 9, 2001, a survey crew recovered the remains of a white female near the northbound lanes of Interstate 65 in Simpson County, Kentucky. The victim appeared to have been thrown over a guardrail and down a sharp embankment into a grove of trees. This area is twelve miles north of the Tennessee state line and 50 miles north of Nashville.
