On 11/09/1999, Cheyenne Police Department, Cheyenne, Wyoming, contacted the De Soto County Sheriff's Department, Hernando, Mississippi, and detailed the arrest of Katherine Marie Lowery's former boyfriend for sexually assaulting Lowery's daughter in a hotel/apartment in Cheyenne. During the boyfriend's arrest, Lowery's daughter and her younger brother told police that they had not seen their mother since 02/02/1999, when they were living in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Preliminary investigation revealed Katherine Marie Lowery's disappearance may be the result of foul play.
Lowery has upper and lower dentures.
