In August 1994, the Baltimore City Police Department (BCPD), Maryland, investigated the
sexual assault of a white female who was attacked outside in the rear of a dwelling at
approximately 0300 hours.
On April 5, 1995, the Howard County Police Department (HCPD), Maryland, investigated the
sexual assault of a white female who was attacked in the parking lot of her apartment complex.
This assault also occurred at approximately 0300 hours. Both of the cases (BCPD & HCPD)
have been linked by DNA.
On April 7, 1995, two white females were attacked in Howard County, Maryland. The victims
were attacked outside, with one event at approximately 0300 hours and the second event at
approximately 0410 hours. The suspect description and method of operation in these cases
are very similar to the two previous cases listed above; however, there is no DNA for these
cases.
The unknown suspect had high cheek bones, sunken eyes, crooked teeth, and hair shaved on the sides. He wore a black silk jacket, an aqua button down dress shirt, black tennis shoes, and baggy blue jeans.
