On January 2, 2007, at 12:30 p.m., an unknown White male suspect entered a bank located in Houston, Texas. When he approached the teller counter, he allegedly provided one of the tellers with a note that indicated the suspect had a gun and implied that he wanted money. At this particular bank, the tellers do not keep money at their stations. Therefore, the teller offered the suspect her daily work, which included checks and deposit slips. The suspect implied he wanted money and demanded to be given an envelope he spotted in the teller's drawer. After allegedly obtaining the money, the suspect left the bank. He was seen leaving in an older model, two-door, silver Mitsubishi sedan without tinted windows or damage to the car. Additionally, the vehicle had Texas license plates.
The suspect's face was unshaven with salt and pepper stubble. He was wearing the following: glasses; a dark or navy wool cap; a green zip-up hooded jacket with white writing or a logo on the left side and back; jeans; and white tennis shoes. Prior to the robbery, the suspect was seen smoking and using a cane and possibly walked with a limp. It is also possible that he had a Cajun accent.
