Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of this unknown suspect. On March 22, 2007, a federal grand jury in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, Southern Division, indicted this individual and charged him with knowingly transporting or aiding in the transportation of visual depictions, via interstate commerce, of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Images of this person, and a female accomplice who has also been indicted, show them abusing a young girl.

The individual is described as a White male, approximately 180 to 200 pounds, with no hair (bald). He has numerous tattoos, including the word "Marion" on his left bicep (Shown Below).

The current whereabouts of this individual are unknown.
