CAUTION

Luis Alberto Ordonez-Vega is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of 22-year-old Noel Navarro Hernandez in southwest Charlotte, North Carolina. On June 6, 2014, Hernandez was found dead in the 6400 block of Old Pineville Road in the Steele Creek Division. He had been shot to death.

Ordonez-Vega was charged with first degree murder by the General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division, State of North Carolina, Mecklenberg County, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest on July 1, 2014. A federal arrest warrant was issued on July 2, 2014, by the United States District Court, Western District of North Carolina, after Ordonez-Vega was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
