CAUTION
On or about June 16, 1989, Andy Fowler escaped from the custody of the Work Training Facility South in Louisiana. At the time of his escape, Fowler was serving a sentence of sixteen years of hard labor following a conviction for manslaughter.
A state arrest warrant was issued on June 16, 1989, by the 22nd Judicial District Court, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, after Fowler was charged with escape. Fowler was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid confinement by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest on September 27, 1990.
REWARD
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Andy Fowler.
