Faustino Ibarra-Vazquez is wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting death of his immediate supervisor in Stanislaus County, California, on April 22, 1995. The shooting occurred after the supervisor allegedly became unhappy with Ibarra-Vazquez's work performance. A state arrest warrant was issued in Modesto, California, on June 22, 1995, after Ibarra-Vazquez was charged with murder. A federal arrest warrant was obtained for Ibarra-Vazquez on August 8, 2007, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, Fresno, California, after he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
It is believed that Ibarra-Vazquez fled to Mexico.
