DETAILS

James R. Stacy, a United States citizen, has been missing in Mexico since January of 2014. Stacy left his home in Kentucky and went to Mexico in December of 2013 to visit a friend, a United States citizen who worked in San Luis Potosi. It is reported that Stacy planned to return to the United States on January 25, 2014. That early morning, Stacy reportedly contacted a family member in the United States to let her know that he was on his way home and would call again when he arrived at the border. However, Stacy reportedly made no further contact with his family, and his whereabouts remain unknown. Law enforcement authorities are seeking any information regarding the location of James R. Stacy and his vehicle.
