Remarks: Browning has ties to the following states: Illinois, Arkansas, Arizona, and Mississippi. His hobbies include playing ice hockey and being an avid fan. Additionally, Browning is allegedly accomplished in document alteration and the production of fraudulent identification, including driver's licenses and passports. He may also be in possession of a 9mm handgun with an ankle holster, extra magazines, a stun gun, and a conversion kit to make a rifle fully automatic.

CAUTION

Lawrence Tyrus Browning is wanted for allegedly stealing automotive parts from areas in Marion and Carbondale, Illinois. After which, he allegedly transported these car parts to the state of Mississippi and sold them via the Internet.

On March 4, 2003, Lawrence Browning was indicted federally in the United States District Court, Southern District of Illinois, for transportation of stolen goods and conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud the United States. Browning was scheduled to appear in court for a change in plea hearing on August 4, 2003. He failed to appear and his bond was revoked. A federal warrant for Browning's arrest was issued on August 4, 2003, by the United States District Court, Southern District of Illinois, for failure to appear. Additionally, Browning has several outstanding warrants for crimes he allegedly committed in Virginia and Mississippi.
