CAUTION
On April 4, 2007, Marcus Orlando Watkins, a convicted felon, was indicted for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine in the Eastern District of Arkansas. Watkins was indicted in connection with a multidefendant drug conspiracy. It is alleged that Watkins was a cocaine distributor in the Victor Cummings/Marcel Fennel Drug Trafficking Organization that was based in Conway, Arkansas. During a large arrest operation in Arkansas, on April 5, 2007, Watkins was not located. That same day, a federal warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, for Watkins' arrest.
