Remarks: Jehan is believed to be a high-ranking member of the Black Disciples (BDs), one of Chicago's largest and most violent street gangs.

CAUTION

On May 12, 2004, the FBI along with numerous other local, state and federal agencies, executed arrest warrants for 47 individuals involved with the Black Disciples (BDs) street gang, which was believed to control a multi-million dollar drug-trafficking enterprise in Chicago. Donnell Jehan avoided arrest at the time charges were filed and is the sole remaining fugitive.

An arrest warrant was issued on May 11, 2004, by the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, after Jehan was charged federally with conspiring with others to possess and distribute controlled substances, including crack cocaine, heroin, and marijuana.

REWARD

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Donnell Jehan.
