CAUTION
Marquis Jaroud Moon is wanted for allegedly recruiting a minor female to engage in prostitution. Between June and September of 2007, Moon is believed to have transported the minor female to Portland, Oregon, and Sacramento, California, to work as a prostitute. On October 4, 2007, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Western District of Washington, after Moon was charged with interstate transportation of a minor in furtherance of prostitution.
