Scars and Marks:	McLaughlin has the following tattoos: a Great Dane on his left chest; a skull on his left shoulder; a marijuana joint, hatchet, and hammer on his right shoulder; and a Harley Davidson engine on his upper-right back. Additionally, there is a gap in his top front teeth.
Remarks:	McLaughlin goes by the name of "Drew." He also has ties to Brownsville, Texas, and may be living in Indiana or possibly Kentucky.

CAUTION

Thomas McLaughlin is wanted for sexual misconduct in Sedalia, Missouri. It is alleged that McLaughlin sexually assaulted a family member, which resulted in the birth of a child. Additionally, the victim was a minor at the time of the incidents, which occurred during a period of seven years.

On December 12, 2005, an arrest warrant was issued for Thomas McLaughlin in the Circuit Court of Pettis County, Missouri, for a total of 19 counts of statutory rape, sodomy, and incest. Additionally, on March 14, 2007, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri, after McLaughlin was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
