Juan Luis Hernandez-Garcia, along with his co-conspirator Jose Guadalupe-Avila, is wanted for his alleged involvement in a drug distribution ring that operated in the western United States. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Hernandez-Garcia in the United States District Court, Western District of Oklahoma, on August 10, 2012, after Hernandez-Garcia was charged with narcotics conspiracy. Hernandez-Garcia avoided arrest at the time charges were filed and remains a fugitive.
