Jose Guadalupe-Avila, along with his co-conspirator Juan Luis Hernandez-Garcia, is wanted for his alleged involvement in a drug distribution ring that operated in the western United States. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Guadalupe-Avila in the United States District Court, Western District of Oklahoma, on August 10, 2012, after Guadalupe-Avila was charged with narcotics conspiracy. Guadalupe-Avila avoided arrest at the time charges were filed and remains a fugitive.
