Jakym Tibbs and an accomplice, Quantavious Thompson, are wanted for their alleged involvement in a kidnapping in North Carolina. On April 5, 2014, the victim, Frank Janssen, was taken from his home in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and transported to an apartment in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was held against his will. On April 9, 2014, Janssen was rescued safely in Georgia. Tibbs and Thompson remain at large.
On April 11, 2014, federal arrest warrants were issued for Tibbs and Thompson by the United States District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, after they were charged federally with kidnapping.
