an armored carrier robbery in Phoenix, Arizona,
back in November, 2004."

on the run ever since…
Mr. Thomas: "Brown is alleged to have
shot and killed an armored car guard outside a
movie theater. He subsequently fled with more
that $56,000 in cash after the robbery."
Mr. Schiff: Thomas says Brown speaks French
and has a Masters Degree in International Business…

an avid golfer, a snow boarder, a skier and a
dirt biker.
