the FBI's Criminal Investigative Division. Magri
says Laurean has a couple of tattoos …
Mr. Magri: "A skull on one upper arm and
a black widow on the other arm."
Mr. Schiff: Magri says Laurean is considered
armed and dangerous …
Mr. Magri: "The FBI is offering up to
$25,000 for information leading to the successful
arrest and prosecution of Cesar Laurean."
Mr. Schiff: Magri says there's a federal
Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant issued.
