Brookfield Man Sentenced on Federal Child Pornography Charges

T. LOUIS, MO—Mark Jackson, 44, Brookfield, MO, was sentenced to 63 months in prison for his possession of child pornography between January 2008 and November 2011.

He pled guilty in March to one felony count of possession of child pornography and appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Henry E. Autrey.

This case was investigated by the Kirksville Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Kirksville Police Department, Brookfield Police Department, Kirksville Regional Computer Crimes Unit, and the Linn County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Assistant United States Attorney Erin Ganger handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
