Randolph County Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Child Pornography Charges

ST. LOUIS, MO—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that David Howard Bollman entered a plea of guilty to possession of child pornography.

DAVID HOWARD BOLLMAN, Cairo, Missouri, appeared before United States District Judge Jean C. Hamilton, who set sentencing for April 22, 2011.

Possession carries a maximum of 10 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000.

This case was investigated the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Kirksville Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Carrie Costantin is handling the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
