ST. LOUIS—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that Hussein Odeh was sentenced to 70 months in prison for his part in the conspiracy to rob ATM Solutions. Odeh supplied the black Pontiac used in the robbery, assisted in its planning, and accompanied one of the robbers to conduct surveillance at the location prior to the robbery. Afterward, he drove some of the stolen money to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in an effort to conceal it.
Odeh, 25, St. Louis, pled guilty in May to one felony count of conspiracy to commit the ATM Solutions robbery and one felony count of interstate transportation of stolen property. He appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Henry Autrey.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Tom Mehan is handling the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
