Lincoln County Man Sentenced on Federal Child Pornography Charges

ST. LOUIS, MO—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that Kenneth Ebert was sentenced to 60 months in prison, followed by supervised release for life. He was also ordered to pay a $5,000 fine. Between July 2006 and December 2008, Ebert received images containing children under the age of 18 engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
KENNETH EBERT, Foley, Missouri, appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Jean C. Hamilton.
This case was investigated by the St. Charles Cyber Crime Task Force and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
