ST. LOUIS, MO—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that Jerry E. Torbet was indicted on federal charges of possession of child pornography for his alleged possession of the images on July 28, 2009.

JERRY E. TORBET, Fenton, Missouri, was indicted by a federal grand jury on one felony count of possession of child pornography. He appeared in federal court earlier today.

If convicted, this charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000.
