San Diego Man Sentenced for Sexually Exploiting Minor to Produce Pornography

United States Attorney Laura E. Duffy announced that Keith Anderson was sentenced today in federal court in San Diego by the Honorable Michael M. Anello to serve 180 months’ in custody and 25 years of supervised release following his release from prison based on Anderson’s conviction for sexual exploitation of a minor, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2251(a). Anderson pled guilty on February 22, 2011. According to court documents, between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2009, Anderson did knowingly employ and use a minor under the age of 6 to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of the conduct, and then mailed, shipped, and transported the material.
