FBI and San Diego Police Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify Chase Bank Robber

The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the Chase Bank branch located at 9994 Scripps Ranch Boulevard, San Diego, California, on Monday, August 16, 2010.

On Monday, August 16, 2010, at approximately 9:11 a.m., an unknown male robbed the Chase Bank branch located at 9994 Scripps Ranch, San Diego. At the time of the robbery, the robber approached a teller and presented a demand note for cash. The teller provided a sum of money to the robber. Upon receiving a sum of money, the robber exited the bank and was last seen headed south. No injuries were reported.

The robber is described as follows:

Race: Asian
Sex: Male
Age: Mid 40s to 50s
Height: Approximately 5’5” tall
Weight: 170-180 lbs.
Hair: Salt and pepper hair, mustache
Complexion: Medium
Clothing: Khaki SD insignia baseball cap, light gray tee shirt, dark gray jacket, and blue jeans
