FBI and San Diego Police Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify Takeover Bank Robbers

The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown males responsible for robbing a Wells Fargo bank today.

On Wednesday, June 9, 2010, two black males entered the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 8876 Navajo Road, in San Diego. They both threatened the bank employees with handguns and stole money from three clerks and the vault. The men exited the bank and were seen leaving in a silver Ford Explorer. Some of the money and clothing were left in the parking lot. Some more money was found on Boulder Lake Avenue nearby. The suspects were both dressed in black hoodies and black pants. No one was injured.
