FBI and El Cajon Police Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify Bank Robber

The FBI and El Cajon Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify an unknown male who robbed the Bank of America, located at 845 North Second Street, El Cajon, California.

At approximately 4:35 p.m. this afternoon an unknown male robbed a teller at the above bank.  The robber entered the bank, approached a teller and presented a demand note for cash.  After receiving a sum of money the robber fled the bank on foot.

The robber is described as follows:

Race:                White
Sex:                  Male
Height:              6’0
Weight:             180 lbs.
Age:                 Approximately 30 – 35 years old
Hair:                 Brown short hair
Eyes:                Light brown or green
Clothing:           Bright green hat with logo or patch and wore a green t-shirt with white letters spelling out the name “Rusty”
