FBI and San Diego Police Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify Bank of America Robber

The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify an unknown male responsible for robbing the Bank of America, located at 455 Island Avenue, San Diego, California, at approximately 5:30 p.m. today.

At the time of the robbery the robber entered the bank and loitered in the lobby until most customers had left. The robber then approached a teller and presented a demand note for cash. After receiving a sum of money the robber fled the bank on foot.

The robber is described as a white male, approximately 5’7 tall, medium build, brown hair. dark coat, dark pants, and a backpack.
