FBI Seeks Wanted Fugitive Raul Perez Ochoa

LAREDO, TX—Armando Fernandez, Special Agent in Charge of the San Antonio Division of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), whose territory includes Laredo, Texas, announced today that the FBI is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Raul Perez Ochoa. Ochoa was charged, via complaint, on January 14, 2014, with aggravated kidnapping, and a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Ochoa, a resident of Laredo, Texas, was born in April 1972; is 5’5” tall; weighs 230 pounds; and has brown hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion.
