FBI Seeks Tips on Whereabouts of the “Wig-Wearing” Bank Robber

The FBI Salt Lake City Division is seeking new information regarding a robbery at a financial institution in Sandy, Utah. The robbery happened on September 23, 2010. A man wearing a white wig, white hat, and dark sunglasses walked into the Credit Union Service Center in Sandy. He entered the business at approximately 4:30 p.m. He drew a gun, jumped over the counter, threatened and demanded money from a teller. He got away with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen running out of the business and driving off in a silver Honda Civic, partial Utah license plate number 325. He is described as a white male, 5’9” with a medium build.

The public is asked to call in tips to the local FBI office at (801) 579-1400 or Sandy City Police Department at (801) 568-INFO.
