Melvin Moses Lilley, Jr. Found Not Guilty in U.S. Federal Court

The United States Attorney for the District of Montana announced that on April 20, 2010, in Great Falls, after a federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, MELVIN MOSES LILLEY, JR., a 35-year-old resident of Wolf Point, was found not guilty.

LILLEY had been charged with aggravated sexual abuse and sexual abuse of a minor.
