SACRAMENTO, CA—On the evening of Tuesday, October 29, 2013, FBI agents from the Sacramento Division of the FBI returned Jose Manuel Aguilera, 21, formerly of Citrus Heights, to Sacramento, California, by FBI agents to face charges of alleged attempted murder. The Sacramento Police Department received custody of Aguilera upon his arrival in the United States.

Aguilera was located in Queretaro, Mexico, by the FBI this fall, less than one year after the issuance of a federal arrest warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution (U.S.C.
