Eagle Task Force Investigation Leads to Five Arrests for Crack Cocaine Distribution

ERIE, PA—Five residents of Erie, Pennsylvania have been arrested after being indicted by a federal grand jury in Erie on charges of violating federal narcotics laws, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today.

The following defendants were charged in three separate indictments:

A five-count indictment named Jamonte Cuprice Hollingsworth, 22, and Adnan Bico Sehovic, 22, as defendants.

According to the indictment presented to the court, Hollingsworth and Sehovic conspired to distribute crack cocaine and on four occasions in July 2009, distributed crack cocaine.

The law provides for a maximum total sentence of 120 years in prison, a fine of $6,000,000, or both. Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed would be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendants.

A two-count indictment named Terrell Lamon Stonewall, 36, and Stephen Jones, 50, as defendants.

According to the indictment presented to the court, in July 2009, Stonewall and Jones conspired to possess with intent to distribute and distributed crack cocaine on two occasions.

The law provides for a maximum total sentence of life in prison, a fine of $8,000,000, or both. Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed would be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendants.

A two-count indictment named Jagannon Stephon Williams, 28, as the sole defendant.

According to the indictment presented to the court, on two occasions in April and May 2009, Williams possessed with intent to distribute and distributed crack cocaine.

The law provides for a maximum total sentence for Williams of 80 years in prison, a fine of $4,000,000, or both. Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed would be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.

Assistant United States Attorney Marshall J. Piccinini is prosecuting these cases on behalf of the government.

The Erie Area Gang Law Enforcement (EAGLE) task force, which is comprised of members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection, the Pennsylvania State Police, and the Erie Bureau of Police conducted the investigations leading to the indictments in this case.

An indictment or information is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
