Four Federal Inmates Sentenced on Various Charges

CLARKSBURG, WV—Four federal inmates were sentenced on May 7 and 11, 2010, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.

United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that:

LESLIE BROCKINGTON, age 42, an inmate at USP Hazelton, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with possessing a homemade knife on July 13, 2009, while serving a sentence at USP Hazelton. BROCKINGTON was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment to be served consecutive to his current sentence.

MICHAEL CAESAR, age 35, an inmate at USP Hazelton, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with possessing a knife on August 22, 2008, while serving a sentence at USP Hazelton. CAESAR was sentenced to 12 months’ and one day imprisonment to be served consecutive to his current sentence.

DONALD STOVER, age 35, an inmate at USP Hazelton, entered guilty pleas to a two-count Information charging him with assaulting Correctional Officers in May 2009, and November 2009, while serving a sentence at USP Hazelton. STOVER was sentenced to 15 months’ imprisonment to be served consecutive to his current sentence.

ERIC WILLIAMS, age 29, an inmate at FCI Gilmer, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with possessing heroin on April 11, 2009, while serving a sentenced at FCI Gilmer. WILLIAMS was sentenced to 12 months’ and one day imprisonment to be served consecutive to his current sentence.

The cases were prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Sherry L. Muncy. The cases were investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Special Investigative Services at USP Hazelton and FCI Gilmer.
