Seeking Public’s Assistance in Phoenix Bank Robbery

The FBI’s Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the “Bearded Bandit.” He has robbed five banks since 12/22/11 with his latest robbery on 02/22/2012, at the Chase Bank located at 4924 E. Shea Blvd.

His is described as a white male, late 20s to early 30s, 6’0”-6’2” tall, thin to medium build. It is possible his hair and beard are not real.

He has robbed the following banks:

  • 12/22/2011, Chase Bank, 10585 W. Indian School Rd., Avondale, AZ.
  • 01/04/2012, M&I Bank, 9035 W. Union Hills Dr., Peoria, AZ.
  • 01/18/2012, Washington Federal, 1744 N. Litchfield Rd., Litchfield Park, AZ.
  • 01/24/2012, M&I Bank, 1481 E. Williams Field Rd., Gilbert, AZ.
  • 02/22/2012, Chase Bank, 4924 E. Shea Blvd., Phoenix, AZ.
