  • District of Arizona (602) 514-7500

PHOENIX—Edward Joseph Osche, 40, of Tempe, Ariz., was sentenced Monday by U.S. District Judge Roslyn O. Silver to 20 years in federal prison followed by lifetime supervised release for distribution of child pornography. This offense occurred in the District of Arizona. A search warrant was later executed at the defendant’s home and his computer was seized, along with numerous disks, to which he was also saving child pornography. He was found in possession of over 1,000 images and/or videos of child pornography.

The investigation in this case was conducted by the Department of Homeland Security, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, with the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The prosecution was handled by Dimitra H. Sampson, Assistant U.S. Attorney, District of Arizona, Phoenix.
