The Philadelphia Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the robbery today of the Citizens Bank branch located at 7327 Frankford Avenue in the Mayfair section of the city.

At approximately 12:35 p.m., the subject entered the bank and presented a demand note to a teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank on foot.

He is believed also to be responsible for Sunday’s robbery of the Republic Bank branch located at 7300 Frankford Avenue in Mayfair. On that occasion, he wore a gray hooded sweatshirt with the words "Lynchburg Lacrosse" in red text on the chest.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about these robberies or this subject is urged to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
