Two New York Men Charged with Cocaine Trafficking in Tioga County

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that a grand jury in Williamsport returned a superseding indictment charging two men with the distribution of crack cocaine in Tioga County.
According to United States Attorney Peter J. Smith, Jerrod Dozier, age 23, and Jermaine Williams, age 28, both of Rochester, New York, are charged with conspiring to distribute 280 or more grams of crack cocaine in Tioga County between 2005 and 2007. Both were originally indicted on October 22, 2009.
If convicted of the offenses, Dozier and Williams could be imprisoned for life and fined up to $10,000,000.
This case was the result of a continuing investigation of cocaine trafficking in Tioga County conducted by the FBI and the Pennsylvania State Police. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney William Simmers.
